Dallas Requires City Employees to Use Preferred Pronouns


In order to “support an inclusive and productive workplace environment", the city of Dallas has ordered all city employees to use preferred pronouns regardless of religious or personal beliefs. Should someone use the incorrect pronoun the transitioning employee has the opportunity to dictate how offending employees will be treated by management.
