Senate Bill SB14 ( which is the Senate bill to ban mutilation of children for gender transition passed. The House version, HB1686 is now pending. The bills, as they currently stand, would ban gender mutilation (surgery) and puberty blockers unit a child is 18. The Senate version offered a "grandfather clause" of June 1.
