Judge Xavier Rodriguez issued an order that “IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY ENJOINED” Attorney General Ken Paxton, Secretary of State Jane Nelson, and multiple county district attorneys from “implementing, enforcing, or giving any effect to” the vote harvesting ban.
